The Family of Faith is a Catholic Covenant Community based in New Jersey, USA.
Origins
Family of Faith was formed in 1993 by a group of Filipinos in New Jersey who have been part of the Charismatic renewal in the Philippines and in the US. It was formed out of their desire to have a community where they can grow and be nurtured in their life in the Holy Spirit and experience the support of fellow Christians who share the same conviction and commitment to Christ.
 What started out as a simple prayer group has now grown into a community of disciples with a well-placed structure of service, pastoral support system and teaching and formation program.
The Lord continues to form us as a community. And through the years, we have experienced God's love and guidance through His words, in the life of the community and in its individual members.
Our Mission and Vision
It was by God's grace that we were called to be a Family of Faith.
We are a community who loves God and desires to serve Him.
Our Mission is to live a life of prayer and holiness, take on the ways of God and become witnesses of God's love to others. We are committed to love and serve one another and the greater Church.
Our Vision is to be a Catholic Covenant Community with a common way of life that expresses God's truth and word in action.
Community of Disciples on Mission
We have heard and gladly responded to the call of joining other communities across the world for a common mission, as a bulwark to stem the tide of evil.
We join ourselves with Christians around the world in embracing the mission of our Lord Jesus Christ (Luke 4:18). We commit ourselves to Christ's commission (Matthew 28:19) to bring the good news of His love and salvation to the world.

- Love and worship of God
- Christian personal relationships and Community

- Promotion of Christian unity

Our Logo and Name
Our logo is a cup with tongues of flame inside.
Significant reference of the cup in the Scriptures: Matthew 10:42, Mark 10:39, Luke 22: 20, 1 Corinthians 10:16. The cup also symbolizes family hospitality, family life or a common life shared in a family.
 The flame represents the presence of the Holy Spirit in our lives. We are a Charismatic community which derives its existence, direction, and strength from the power of God's Spirit. "For in him we live and move and have our being" - Acts 17:28
Our logo is a picture of what we are as community: a Family empowered by the Holy Spirit to be a light in the world.
Our name was inspired by St. Paul's words in Galatians 6:10:
"So then, while we have the opportunity, let us do good to all, but especially to those who belong to the family of the faith."
Ministries and Outreach
We support one another and the life of the community through various service ministries. Likewise, we are actively involved in various outreaches that serves the Church and those who are in need.
